Refund policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Secret Garden Cosmetic Products (does not include workshops):

We want you to love your Secret Garden products. If you have any problems with your order, please get in touch and we will try to resolves as quickly as possible. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Workshop Events:

Tickets are non-refundable but we can transfer your ticket to another date with 14 days prior written agreement.

If you do not turn up to the session on the day, we will be unable to offer transfers or refunds.

Tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, the option to transfer to another session will be offered. If this is not possible then a full refund will be given.

Gift Cards:

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds on gift cards.
